Returns?
No, only store credits.
To be eligible as store credit you must follow these conditions:
- Unused and resealable condition.
- No signs of wear or damage.
- In original condition with tags still attached (if any).
- No missing parts.
- In all original packaging (box and case included).
- We are happy to accept returns (only applicable to store credit) within 14 days of receipt. Parts must be shipped to LH as delivered.
Do we offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on purchases of $99 or more.
How soon will I receive my order?
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 days of your purchase (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You will be provided with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated. Standard shipping in the U.S. is $3.80 international shipping rate varies and is determined by product weight and location. Delivery is expected within 1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on your location.
What should I do if I gave an incorrect shipping address?
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address, as we are not responsible for the package lost due to incorrect shipping address. Email us at hello@wearelh.com immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, LH is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact your local post office with the tracking number.
